How do I get a catalog?

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes (The Shoe Company) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees (The Shoe Company) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

You can track your order two ways, and they're both easy! Log in to Your Account and visit your order history. Or look at the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.

How do I return an item?

Returns can be made using the return form. If you need another form or label, you can find it on our returns page here.

What if my package hasn't arrived?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Pre-orders, backorders may take a little longer. Your shipping confirmation email should have an estimated delivery date. Try tracking your order, if you still need help tracking, click here.

What are the 10% Rewards Program details?

VIP Rewards Members are eligible to earn Rewards coupons. For every dollar spent on merchandise The Shoe Company, online and over the phone, you will earn Rewards points equal to1 point per dollar of your purchase (excludes The Shoe Company clearance items). Rewards points can be used like a coupin towards a future purchase at The Shoe Company.

TO BE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO SPEND YOUR REWARDS POINTS, YOUR REWARDS CASH WILL NOT EXPIRE UNTIL 1 FULL YEAR FROM THE DATE OF YOUR LAST PURCHASE OR UNTIL THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. Your rewards points are issued for loyalty, award or promotional purposes. For more information on the terms and conditions of your rewards cash, please call 801.561-5406.

Your Rewards points must be spent prior to the Expiration Date. Rewards Cash is non-transferable and may only be used by the Member to whom it was issued and his or her family.

Rewards points will generally be issued within 72 hours of your purchase, but could take up to 2 weeks. You must accumulate at least three hundred (300) dollars in Rewards points in order to qualify for a Rewards program coupons.

What are the Membership Cancellation details?

You may cancel your Membership at any time for any reason. Should you decide to cancel your Membership, the unused portion of your Membership Fee will be prorated and refunded upon cancellation. Should you decide to cancel your Membership, or should you decide not to renew your Membership on its anniversary date, or should it not be possible for The Shoe Company to automatically renew your Membership on its anniversary date, then any Rewards Points will continue to be usable until the Expiration Date in your VIP Account, at which point they will all expire. You will need to notify The Shoe Company should you decide to cancel your Membership by calling the Rewards Plus Hotline at 801-561-5406, contacting us via email or logging into your account and requesting cancellation.
